Price Rite Lay-a-way accounts are an optional service and will not incur any finance charges, over limit, or late fees.
   
ALL LAY-A-WAYS ARE 180 DAYS (6 MONTHS).
   
A 10% DOWN PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR 1ST INSTALLMENT.
   
LAY-A-WAY MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ORDER IS PLACED.
   
ONCE ORDER IS PLACED, PLEASE ALLOW 5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO RECEIVE MERCHANDISE. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER.
   
LAY-A-WAY CANCELLATION MUST BE DONE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.
STORE CREDITS MUST BE USED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CANCELLATION DATE OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE NULL AND VOID.
  
LAY-A-WAY DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTION.
   
IF DURING THE 180 DAY LAY-A-WAY PERIOD OF YOUR ACCOUNT AN ITEM YOU SELECTED IS DISCONTINUED, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THAT ITEM.
