AGREEMENT BETWEEN OUR CUSTOMERS AND PRICE RITE HOME FURNISHING

 

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. If a product is available and in inventory, delivery is usually within 14 days after payment in full is received. "Special Orders" are exceptions. A sales associate will notify you with a delivery date.
  2. If customer is not there to receive delivery, a new delivery date will be given and a redelivery charge will be applied.
  3. No Sunday deliveries.
  4. Any changes to your order may delay delivery date.
  5. Delivery drivers do not remove old furniture or move furniture.
  6. Price Rite Home Furnishing is not responsible for damages to furniture that may incur due to narrow doorways and its areas, including but not limited to hallways, stairways, walkways, doors, etc. Removal of all items that could interfere with the delivery of your purchase is required. We are not responsible for any damages that may incur. It is the purchaser's responsibility to check all furniture for any exceptions, defects or shortages before accepting merchandise.

PICK UP POLICY

  1. Pick up is within 14 days after payment in full is received except for items that are marked as "Special Order".
  2. A sales associate will notify you with a pick up date.
  3. All pick ups are done at our store location.
  4. Pick ups are Monday-Saturday 11:00am-6:00pm.
  5. Any merchandise that is not picked up within 14 days will be charged a $10 per day storage fee. After 30 days merchandise will be returned to manufacturer.

REFUND POLICY

 

You may receive a total refund of all monies only if you cancel the sale within 48 hours of the date of purchase. For any purchase done by credit card, we will credit your charge account. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our main office.

 

RETURN POLICY

  1. Customer is responsible for checking all furniture not excluding factory-packed cartons upon delivery/pick up.
  2. Customer must notify Price Rite Home Furnishing for any damaged merchandise.
  3. Damaged merchandise must be returned to store within 7 days of date that merchandise was received. Merchandise must be in the original box.
  4. Any defects will be determined by manufacturer and an exchange/repair will be given.

NOTE: Merchandise is delivered in factory-packed cartons. Partial assembly may be required by the purchaser. All merchandise comes with instructions, necessary hardware and tools. If you are missing any parts call Customer Service and parts will be ordered and then shipped to your home. Please note parts can take up to 4 weeks to reach you. If your merchandise was picked up, you are responsible for picking up any missing parts from our store location or incur charges for delivery of these items.

 

Glass is only warranted for 24 hours. If glass gets chipped or broken after that time, you will be responsible for replacing it. Please note it is your responsibility to check all factory-packed cartons.
