Don't See Your Freight Forwarder?

If the shipping or freight-forwarding company you use is not listed, simply select OTHER.

You will then be able to enter the name and information for the shipping company of your choice.

• Pickup services for export customers
• Delivery to your selected freight forwarder
• Coordination of outside purchases with your furniture order
• Assistance with preparing orders for export shipment

Order Consolidation

Our order consolidation service allows export customers to ship additional purchases from retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, and other stores to Price Rite Furniture.

We can receive those packages, consolidate them with your furniture order, and prepare everything together for shipment.

This can make it easier to manage multiple purchases and have them shipped together with your furniture instead of arranging separate shipments.

A handling fee applies to order consolidation services. Please contact us for pricing before sending packages to Price Rite Furniture.

Customers should contact us in advance for instructions before having outside packages shipped to our location.

Export Pickup Services

We also offer pickup services for our export customers.

If you need merchandise collected from another retailer or location and brought to Price Rite Furniture for consolidation with your furniture order, please contact our team to discuss availability and pricing.

Pickup charges vary depending on the location, size of the merchandise, and services required.

Container Packing

We also offer container packing services for export customers.

Our team can assist with preparing and organizing your furniture and consolidated purchases for container shipment.

Container packing and related services are priced separately based on the size of the order and the services required.

Export Delivery & Pickup

Export customers may choose to have their order delivered to a selected freight forwarder or arrange for pickup.

Orders may be picked up by:

• The customer
• An authorized representative
• A freight forwarder
• A shipping or trucking company

Pickup is available for all customers.

Once your order has been confirmed and is ready for pickup, you must notify Price Rite Furniture at least 24 hours in advance of the date and time you plan to pick up your order.

Please do not arrive for pickup without confirming your pickup time in advance.

Export Damage & Inspection

All furniture and merchandise are packaged for shipping by the manufacturer.

Before an export order is released or delivered to the selected freight forwarder or shipping company, Price Rite Furniture inspects the outside condition of each carton and package to make sure there are no obvious signs of damage.

Factory-sealed boxes are not opened for inspection.

Once your order has been transferred to the freight forwarder, we strongly recommend that you carefully inspect every carton when clearing or receiving your shipment.

Check each box for signs of damage, including:

• Torn or ripped cartons
• Crushed or dented boxes
• Open or resealed packaging
• Water damage
• Missing packages
• Any other visible signs of mishandling

If a carton appears damaged, worn, torn, or opened while it is still in the possession of the freight forwarder, report the damage immediately and file a claim with the freight forwarder before removing the merchandise whenever possible.

Take clear photos of the damaged cartons and any visible damage, and keep all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Once the freight forwarder or shipping company accepts possession of the order, responsibility for transportation and any resulting damage transfers to that company.

Any damage that occurs after the merchandise has been transferred must be addressed through the freight forwarder or shipping company’s claims process.

Price Rite Furniture is not responsible for damage that occurs after the merchandise has been transferred to the freight forwarder or shipping company.

Our goal is to make furnishing your property as simple as possible while giving you good value on your overall purchase.

Layaway for Export Customers

Our 180-Day Layaway Plan is also available to export customers.

Layaway allows you to select your furniture and make payments online over time before your order is placed.

There is no set payment amount, and you can pay at your own pace during the 180-day layaway period, subject to our Layaway Terms & Conditions.
