Some merchandise sold by Price Rite Furniture may include a manufacturer warranty.
Price Rite Furniture does not provide an independent product warranty unless specifically stated in writing.
Manufacturer warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, claim requirements, and available remedies are determined by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
A manufacturer warranty generally applies only to qualifying defects involving:
- Materials
- Workmanship
- Manufacturing defects
- Other conditions specifically covered by the manufacturer
Warranty coverage may vary by product, manufacturer, and furniture category.
Customers should review any warranty information provided with the merchandise or contact Price Rite Furniture if they have questions about possible manufacturer coverage.

Missing Parts or Hardware
If manufacturer-supplied parts or hardware are missing, please contact Price Rite Furniture.
We may assist with requesting replacement parts or hardware from the manufacturer when available.
For local orders, applicable arrangements will depend on the circumstances and manufacturer policy.
For export orders, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for pickup, freight, shipping, courier, or other transportation required to receive replacement hardware or parts unless the manufacturer specifically covers those costs.
Manufacturer Warranty Remedies
If the manufacturer approves a warranty claim, the manufacturer may authorize one or more of the following:
- Repair
- Replacement parts
- Replacement hardware
- Replacement merchandise
- Product exchange
- Another manufacturer-authorized remedy
The remedy selected is determined by the manufacturer.
Customers are not automatically entitled to a refund because a manufacturer warranty claim is approved.

If replacement merchandise is authorized, availability may depend on current manufacturer inventory.
If the original product is no longer available, the manufacturer may determine what alternative remedy is offered.
Price Rite Furniture does not control manufacturer inventory or warranty replacement decisions.

Manufacturer warranty coverage does not automatically include:
- Delivery charges
- Pickup charges
- Freight charges
- Shipping charges

Whether these costs are covered depends on the manufacturer.
If a charge applies through Price Rite Furniture, the customer will be informed before the service is arranged whenever practical.

- Delivery
- Other transportation costs
unless the manufacturer specifically agrees to cover those costs.
Transportation damage occurring after merchandise has been released to a freight forwarder, carrier, shipping company, or authorized pickup person is not considered a Price Rite Furniture warranty issue and must be handled through the applicable carrier or freight-forwarder claim process.
