Price Rite Furniture offers a convenient 180-Day Layaway Plan for both our local South Florida customers and our export customers.

Layaway allows you to plan your furniture purchase and make payments over time without paying the entire balance upfront. There is no credit check, and your credit history or household income does not determine whether you can open a layaway account.

Understanding Layaway

How Layaway Works

Layaway is different from financing.

With financing, you may receive your merchandise before the balance is paid in full, and financing programs may include interest or other charges depending on the terms of the lender.

With our Layaway Plan, you make payments toward your selected furniture during the 180-day layaway period.

There is no set payment amount. You can make payments online at your own pace.

Once your layaway balance has been paid in full, your furniture order will be placed.

There are no interest charges on our Layaway Plan.

Layaway Terms

All Price Rite Furniture layaway accounts:

  • Are available to both local and export customers
  • Have a 180-day payment period
  • Require a 10% deposit to open the account
  • Do not require a credit check
  • Have no set installment amount
  • Allow you to make payments online at your own pace
  • Require the balance to be paid in full before the furniture order is placed

Changing Your Layaway Order

We understand that your furniture needs may change.

You may make changes to your layaway order online as long as the account has not been paid in full and the furniture order has not yet been placed.

If you choose to change your order and the replacement merchandise costs less than the amount you have already paid, the remaining balance will be issued as a Price Rite Furniture store credit.

Customer-requested changes are non-refundable. Any remaining credit must be applied toward another purchase from Price Rite Furniture.

Store Credit

Store credits issued as a result of a customer-requested layaway change:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Are not redeemable for cash
  • Must be used toward another Price Rite Furniture purchase
  • Are valid for 180 days from the date the credit is issued

Any unused store credit remaining after the 180-day period will expire and be forfeited.

If an Item Is Discontinued

Because merchandise availability can change during the layaway period, an item you originally selected may become discontinued before your order is placed.

If an item is discontinued, you may:

  • Choose another item of your choice, or
  • Receive a full refund for the discontinued item

A full refund is available only when the merchandise has been discontinued.

Layaway Expiration

All Price Rite Furniture layaway accounts must be paid in full within 180 days from the date the account is opened.

If the layaway is not paid in full by the expiration date, the account will be considered expired.

Expired layaway accounts are non-refundable, and all payments made toward the expired account will be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their layaway balance and completing payment before the expiration date.

Our Layaway Plan can be a convenient option if you want to spread the cost of your furniture over time, plan ahead for a future home or condo, or prepare for an upcoming export shipment.

Because there is no fixed installment amount, you decide how much you want to pay along the way, provided the balance is paid within the 180-day layaway period.
